We bought cases for them that day, and put on a peel off screen protector also.  That being said, they are still USED iphones.  They do have minimal wear, they are not perfect.  They were, however, never dropped or abused in the 4 weeks we used them. TWO black boxes that they came in TWO USB adapters and wall adapters TWO car chargers, one still in the package TWO red Silicone cases and one pink case that flips open TWO instruction manuals There is no contract.  These phones are not associated with any contract.  They are, however locked to the ATT carrier.  From what I have read on Ebay, this can be changed for a small fee, so that the phones work with any carrier.  I do not guarantee that, however.    They will both be reset before shipping out.
